All clients are required to register and schedule via the on-line scheduling program.
(This is the program where your live video appointments / telehealth / tele-therapy will occur.)
Everyone can access the scheduling site and schedule appointments 24 hours a day once they register as a client.

I do not do free meet and greet meetings or phone calls. What we both need to know will be discussed in the intake. If we are not a good match, I am happy to refer you to other providers.

You can request to reset your password information. You must be use the email address registered in the scheduling program for me to respond.
EACH REGISTRATION MUST BE IN ONE NAME ONLY AS IT IS A MEDICAL FILE - Couples must both register and complete forms.
PLEASE PUT YOUR SPOUSE / PARTNER who is participating under your emergency contact.
For individual sessions - put whomever you want in your emergency contact, YOU MUST HAVE AN EMERGENCY CONTACT.
WHEN SCHEDULING A TEEN- THE REGISTRATION IS IN THE TEEN'S NAME. THE FIRST APPOINTMENT WILL BE FOR THE PARENT(S) ONLY.
ADULTS MUST REGISTER THEMSELVES. DO NOT REGISTER YOUR SPOUSE OR ADULT PARTNER OR INDEPENDENT ADULT CHILD - ONLY REGISTER YOURSELF OR YOUR TEEN.
