I run a COMPLETELY automated practice including electronic records, billing and scheduling. I do not schedule new clients over the phone and everyone must register and complete emailed paperwork and return it 24 hours prior to the first session via fax, email or mail. I return emails and texts and do not return calls as I want all questions in writing.

Scheduling is NOT done through this form - ALL Scheduling is done through the Scheduling & Hours tab.
